By accessing the site, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to purchase from or transact with us. By placing an order you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that funds used are lawfully yours.
Precious metals prices are volatile and change continuously with the market. When you confirm an order, the price is "locked" at that moment and both parties are bound to complete the transaction at that price. Quotes, indicative prices and premiums displayed on the website are for reference only and are not binding until an order is confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability.
Payment is due according to the method and timeline specified at the time of order (for example, bank wire, ACH or card). Orders are typically processed once funds clear. Failure to remit payment for a locked-price order may make you liable for any market loss we incur in unwinding the position, plus reasonable fees, as permitted by law.
Shipments are fully insured until delivery is completed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the address you provide, or upon allocation to your account for vaulted metals. You are responsible for providing a secure delivery address and for inspecting shipments promptly upon receipt.
Where you elect storage, metals are held on a fully allocated and segregated basis at third-party depositories, in your name, subject to a separate storage agreement and applicable annual fees. Allocated metals remain your property. You may request delivery or sale of your stored metals in accordance with that agreement.
Our buyback program allows you to sell eligible metals back to us at our prevailing bid price at the time of sale. Buyback prices fluctuate with the market and are confirmed at the moment a buyback order is locked. Settlement timelines and any conditions are described at the time of sale.
Because precious metals prices move constantly, confirmed orders are generally not subject to cancellation or return once price is locked. Any market-loss policy, restocking terms or limited return rights will be disclosed at the time of order and applied consistently with applicable law.

We do not provide investment, tax, legal or retirement advice, and nothing on this website or communicated by our staff constitutes such advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Statistics, projections, allocations and case studies shown on this site are illustrative only. You should consult your own qualified advisors before making any decision.
For Precious Metals IRA transactions, we facilitate the purchase and delivery of IRS-approved metals and coordinate with your chosen custodian and depository. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Gold Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for investment losses arising from price movements. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific products or services giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The courts located in California shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any arbitration provision agreed between us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
